The application of blockchain in legal field
Leo YU, the chief director of the SimpleChain Foundation, will be the guest of Xin Finance and talk about the application of blockchain technology from 18:30 to 20:00 on March 20th (Wednesday). “The application of blockchain in legal field will accelerate the process of cases with high frequency but small value”, said Leo.
SimpleChain is designed in a double-layered structure, a main chain based on PoW algorithm and sub chain supporting various scenarios. VeraxChain is a sub chain of SimpleChain providing services in Judicial field such as digital evidence preservation, online forensic certification and copy right protection. Users data recorded and verified through the network could not be modified or edited. The application scenarios of the sub chain also include data transactions, digital entertainment, diamonds, real estate, stable currency, copyright protection, etc. SimpleChain is aiming to provide practical solutions and a source opened underlying environment for various DApps.

Leo focused on the issues including SimpleChain’s double-layered structure, the development process, the application and foundation of ecosystem. He also shared his opinion on the future of blockchain with community members.
SIPC is available to exchange with the Spring Token
Recently, SimpleChain original currency SIPC is available to exchange with the Spring Token. It is the native token of the VeraxChain which is the sub chain of SimpleChain. Spring Token can be used to obtain the services for evidence preservation and online forensic certification on a platform called Baoquan.com. The latter is the pioneer in legal field that provided the first blockchain forensic certification in China. Combination with the technology of blockchain, big data and AI, the efficiency of legislation, trial and execution of Internet dispute cases can be greatly enhanced.
The initial nodes of VeraxChain are forensic science center, notary office, CA center, regulatory authority and Baoquan.com. Each node is deployed in a controlled environment and data will be periodically synchronized to the public chain. The verification through the whole network ensures the security and distribution of data. The connection of SIPC and Spring Token contributes to the application of blockchain technology to the real economy.
Performance of SimpleChain has been continuously improved
Attention on SIPC has continued to rise while hash rate has hit record highs. The number of main network addresses has exceeded 8,000, and 5,927 have been added since March 12, achieving several times of growth.
