SimpleChain Community Incentive System

Description

(1)Validity period: This incentive system is valid until the SimpleChain version 2.0 launch, and will be adjusted according to the actual condition.

(2)Scope of application: SimpleChain overseas community, SimpleChain technology community, SimpleChain Chinese community and so on.

(3)Purpose: Award community members who make outstanding contributions and welcome volunteers to participate in the maintenance, marketing, and technology development of the SimpleChain community. The way to reward is based on the actual conditions.

(4)Types of rewards: Including but not limited to SIPC (SimpleChain tokens), other digital currencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.), cash red-envelopes, physical souvenirs and virtual items.

Applicable Situations

Technology Development
(1)Upload bugs
Participate in experience and test SimpleChain test network, mining app or browser and find bugs as well as provide suggestions on them will be awarded. Once the core development team evaluates the bug according to its difficulty and severity or accept the suggestion according to the contribution of it, the submitter can obtain bonuses which will be sent at the end of each month. For details, please read “SimpleChain Technology Community Incentive Plan”.

Rewards: You will obtain more than 10 and up to 500 SIPC according to the importance of bug and advice.

(2)Contribute to codes
Whether you are just beginning to or have been focus on the technical development of the SimpleChain project, you can make contribution.

(i)If you have unique insights or optimized design for the code in the process of reading and running the code, please submit code to the GitHub: https://github.com/simplechain-org/go-simplechain

(ii)If you receive the technical requirements from the core development team please submit code to the code library: https://github.com/simplechain-org/go-simplechain

After the core development team reviews and adopts the contributed code, it will be rated according to the difficulty and severity, and you will be rewarded then which is issued at the end of each month.

Reward: You will obtain more than 50 and up to 500 SIPC according to the importance of code.

(3)Other rewards
Participate in the events initiated by SimpleChain, such as hackathons and win the competition, you will be rewarded according to the rules.

Maintain Community
(1) Overseas community independent promotion
It is suitable for community members who have established their own overseas channels to promote the online chain (SimpleChain), and actively help the core operation team to achieve off-site promotion, such as identifying event venues, introducing local media, introducing overseas talents, etc. According to their community size or contribution, you will be given certain rewards according to the actual situation.

Reward: The core operation team will select 2 to 4 principals according to the difficulty of promotion and development, offering 800 SIPC per month as a financial support.

(2) Assist operation
if you are actively participate in the operation of the SimpleChain community and willing to undertake related tasks and make contributions including but not limited to translation, design, writing and coordination of appeals, which are recognized by the core team operators, you will obtain rewards according to the contributions.

Reward: The core operation team selects 2 to 4 responsible persons according to the difficulty of promotion and development, and awards 200 to 800 SIPCs per person as rewards.

(3)Other rewards
Anyone no matter the blockchain developers or enthusiasts from all walks of life, if finally enter the core development team will be awarded.

Clarification

(1)The rewards are obtained by the core operation team and the core development team applying to the SimpleChain Foundation, including the SIPC, materials, etc.

(2)During the trial period of this incentive system, the content of system will be adjusted according to the actual condition, and the adjustment will be announced in time.
